Baby on the way!

Just thought I would let you all know that we are expecting. The baby is due July 7th. We couldn't be more excited. We went to our first doctors visit today and got to hear the heart beat. Love you all! Just wanted to share the news!

Jane, Thanks for sending me your blog and letting me see more of your family.  I don't think you should open it up to the big Bowler family.  It is nice to just have your family, BUT I think it would be neat to have an extended Bowler site, do you think you could start another blog, or tell me how to?  

The Stork Cometh, FINALLY!

Lia Eliza-Sonja Head was born 12-JUN-08 @ 10:57PM! To the delight of her parents, she weighed 8lbs, and was 19inches long!!! Her bilirubin is right where it should be, and everything is going well for Momma and Baby!! Thank you so much for all the prayers, wishes, and good thoughts you all sent our way! From admit to birth, it was only a little more than four hours!

Girls Night Out!

Over conference weekend the women in the family plus a few boys got together for a girls night out on the town, or at Kids Barn. It was fun to see everyone and spend sometime together.

MRI

I don't know if anyone even looks at this, but I just wanted to tell all of you that I was accepted into the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program at the U of U. There were 24 applicants and only 6 spots, so I am very excited. I finish up the Radiology Tech Program in May and start MRI in July.

Our Trip to Mexico

Stu's parents and us at a fun little restaurant in town watching the sunset.

Our trip was so relaxing. We did nothing but sit by the pool, play at the beach, sleep and watch movies. We were not ready to come home and get back to reality. We only have 4 weeks left of school. Yahoo!

A few pictures from our adventure to Guatemala and Belize

This was a small island that we went to to snorkle and swim with the sting rays. The water was very clear and the sand on the beach was white. Really beautiful!

The lake at the foot of the valcano is Lake Atitlan--possible the Waters of Mormon.

The next three pictures are the ruins of Tikal--lots of Mayan history.

We were so glad Jennifer and Mike went with us!

Remember the Ewok Star Wars movie...this is in the movie.
We climbed to the top of a ruin just about this tall. It was a really fun trip!

Hello Everyone, Just thought I would share some photos from Grant's recent baptism! He was baptized at our chapel in San Antonio. It was a wonderful day and we loved having Nana and Grandpa Bowler as well as Aunt Alex and Baby Anderson here to share it with us!!!! I look forward to your updates and pictures! Anderson Cleans Up His Act

Because we failed miserably with our first three children in teaching them proper, REGULAR hygiene (when told to take a bath, they would ask, "Is it Sunday?"), we thought we would be a little more thorough in our lessons to Anderson. It's not hard since he is so messy he usually has 2-3 baths a day, one after each meal. We thought we'd share with pride what he's learned so far. Once he's mastered actually opening the shampoo bottle, we'll consider ourselves golden.

Well, after trying for an hour to upload the video, I'm going to take a break so stay tuned...

I have learned all kinds of new tricks today--like how to get into a blog! I would love to see pictures of everyone--especially the little ones--posted by all of you. This will be fun!
